Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and team Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the FMCG sector. (Biscuit and Snacks background people will be highly preferred)
